Before work begins, we will finalise every detail, including specifications down to the last power socket. The price will be fixed and agreed upon in writing and we will agree upon the following:

The insurance, whether the work is covered by an insurance-backed warranty and details of the coverage.
Payment terms, agreed payment schedule and, if required, daywork rates for additional work.
